H1b visa stamping - Guadalajara eligilibity

Hello Folks,

 

I am planning to visit Mexico(Guadalajara) for my H1b visa interview. I would like to know does US Consulate currently process H1b visa applications at Tijuana consulate.

 

I had my first time H1b stamping is in Jamica and this would be my second time H1b stamping. My H1b visa in the passport has expired on 02/July/2015.

 

Please let me know if I am eligible to attend visa interview in Guadalajara, thanks.

Yes u are eligible to go to Mexico and Canada for second h1 stamping
