Travel with H4 visa but spouse I-797 starts after ONE month

My wife H1B renewal denied and she is travelling to India to get H4 visa stamped in June 20th.

 

My current I-797 expires on July 28th 2016 and I already got extension for another 3 years i,e from July 29th 2016 to July 28th 2019.

 

During the visa appointment booking I mentioned the H1B petition dates as new I-797 i,e from July 29th 2016 to July 28th 2019.

 

My Question is, can she travel to US immediately after she gets her H4 visa or should she wait until July 29th 2016 and then travel?
