radials_7 Posted May 11, 2016 Report Share Posted May 11, 2016 Hi Folks, I am planning to apply for my wife's H4EAD based on my I-140. We have valid visa until 11/2016. We are planning a short 5 day vacation during the may last week. If i apply for the H4EAD now, will there be any issue with the I-94. My confusion is that as soon as we live the country the existing I-94 goes unvalid and we return with the new I-94. Please correct me and let me know if we can travel just for 5 days while the H4EAD is pending. Link to comment
