H1 extension beyond 6th year if the old employer has withdrawn I-140

Apologize if its duplicate post 

 

I am in situation where I had i-140 approved with employer A and switched my job with employer B , my H1 transfer with employer B is only valid till sep 2016. I am in need of extension now and found that employer A has withdrawn the I-140 . Employer B has started the PERM processing but its in process. Here are my questions. I don' t have any recapture days as well 

 

1) Is there any way for extension ?

2) If I am out of the country , Will the GC process gets affected 

3) Due to personal things(my wife is due) , I have to stay in US for sometime as she cannot travel .
