RFE’s issued for additional recruitment

Hi,

 

I am in 6th Year and My H1B is expiring in July 2016. My Perm Case was filied in 2015 March but RFE’s issued for additional recruitment in April 2016.

 

My Employer is getting ready for Getting H1b Extension and Working on the RFE.

 

But i would like to know are there any other options for me now? Can other employer can start new PERM on behalf me now?

Another employer would also show recruitment.

That's the fundamental thing of the LC, to show that the job was advertised, and no qualified American was willing to take the job.
