People need to wake up and not let such operators ruin the H-1B visa program for the rest of us. Link to comment

JoeF Posted May 10, 2016 Report Share Posted May 10, 2016 According to the court documents I've looked at on PACER, ICE has been investigating this case since 2013. The defendants had been arrested and released on bond in Oct. 2014, there apparently was a Grand Jury investigation going on, and the indictment was filed last week. Link to comment
