drvb Posted May 8, 2016 Report Share Posted May 8, 2016 Hello I am on J2 and I came to India while my spouse is in process for waiver application, Now due to some paperwork formalities I have to go back to USA ,please advise if it will be an issue to get it stamped and at port of entry , my DS 2019 is valid till June 30 . thanks !
