H1b visa refused with previous company

Hi,

 

I attended first time H1 visa interview back in Nov 2010, I was issued 221g refusal and subsequently case has been forwarded to USCIS for review saying that petitioner can not provide qualifying work to the beneficiary. At that time I was working in EVC model. Another company (B) has filed a new petition on my behalf and I am back in US through company B.

 

I have approved I 140 through company A. They offered me new position now and this time I need to work for their direct client. If I accept this and move back to company A, do you think I would have any complications at consulate when I attend visa interview again through company A since I had a refusal through company A earlier.
