Green card for h1b filed under non masters category

Hi,

 

I am currently pursuing my masters at US. I will be graduating in June. I already have an offer in hand and the company filed my H1B under general category as I did not graduate yet. My case is picked in the lottery. 

 

This company will eventually file my green card in the coming years. Can they file under EB2 as I am a masters student or Am i not eligible for EB2 as my H1B is filed under general category? Please advice.

The job obviously doesn't require a Masters degree, So, a GC based on this job would have to be in EB3.

What if i move to another job in the future and that job requires Masters degree? Can green card be filed under eb2 now?
