I-140 pending and H1B transfer initiation !!

Hi experts,

 

My current employer, I-140 is in process, waiting for approval.

 

I have company B offer, they are going to initiate my H1B visa, will USCIS give me 3 yrs of extension as I-140 is in stage of approval or i will get extension till MAX Out.

 

Please advise on the same,
