elixir86 Posted May 1, 2016 Report Share Posted May 1, 2016 Please find below breach of contract clause, "If you terminate this agreement within one year of the start date of your employment, you will be responsible for part or whole of the cost incurred by ABC, LLC such as legal cost, relocation, sponsorship, etc., in transitioning your employment into ABC, LLC. It shall be collected by ABC , LLC from your wages, bonuses or other payment which ABC , LLC owes you, otherwise owed to you" Does this mean that I do not have to pay anything out of my pocket & ABC would deduct from whatever they have to pay me? Does this mean that they cannot file a lawsuit against me based on this clause if I resign before 1 year of joining them? Link to comment
