gtm485
I am currently in India and have a valid H1B permit and stamped VISA. But I am not currently getting any opportunities with my current employer. So, I have planned to switch to a new employer. My question is, " When I leave my current employer, he will revoke the H1B. If that happens, am I still eligible to apply for a H1B from my new employer without the CAP. And what happens to the stamped VISA?" Note: I have never been to US before Link to comment
NP2020
You can change employer (H1 transfer) while you are in India even when you have not traveled at least once. Find new employer and let transfer process complete first before you resign your current employer. Link to comment
