H1B transfer

Hi Attorney,

 

My H1B is picked on April 22nd. I worked as a full-time employee. But my last working day with that Employer was on April 15th. I have a few questions regarding that:

 

1. Will there be any problem raised during the approval of H1B?

2. Can I apply for transfer to a new Employer if my H1B got approved? When and how can I apply for the H1B transfer?
