devi.capricorn1 Posted April 25, 2016 Report Share Posted April 25, 2016 Hi, My OPT extension is in process. On March 17th 2016, I received RFE letter from USCIS for my Employment history. My OPT start date was Jan 29th 2015. I have worked from March 1st to April 25th under one employer for pay. And I changed to another employer where I have worked as Trainee (Unpaid) for 4 months and paid from 5th month. My employer is willing to give letters stating that my training and work is related to my course of work. Is there any chances of my OPT extension get rejected? what steps I need to take care of?
