H1 Transfer while amendment is in RFE

Hi please help on this

Employer A filed h1 b amendment in PP which is in RFE state.

Employer B is ready to file h1 transfer in PP

Will my h1 transfer by employer b have any impact because of the RFE on h1 amendment

Any advise will help me a lot

Hi Ashuneel,

I am in the same situation. My amendment is is RFE. It is due to "right to control" and "speciality occupation".

In parallel, transfer is also filed. Will this RFE harm my transfer ?
