I was on H1B from 2008 to 2014. After completing six years on H1B. I went out of US on August 2014 for 1 year.  I am back to USA on L1B visa on 2015 November . My PERM application got approved in JAN 2016 and I have now applied for i140.

 

My Qs are,

1.     Can I I apply for H1B 7th year extension based on I140 approval?
2.     Will I again be counted for Cap? (Since I was already counted for H1B cap in 2008)

3.     Can I apply for CoS from L1B to H1 ?
