Hi Experts,

Below is my case and need your advise.

Original I-140 Approved - May 2009 (Company A)

Company A was acquired by company B in 2012. Company B filed for I-140 Amendment SII (Successor-In-Interest) and I-485 in Nov 2015 when my priority date became current.

Current Status: I-140 (SII Amendment) Pending. I-485 Pending.
I have an offer from a new Company C.

My questions are:

1) Can i move to new Company C (AC21) immediately once my I-140 amendment (SII) is approved (as I-485 is pending for more than 180 days)?

2) What will happen if my Company B revokes approved I-140 (SII Amendment) after i have changed to new company C using AC21?

3) Do i still need to be with Company B (before changing to Company C) for at-least 6 months after my I-140 amendment (Successor-In-Interest) is approved so that revocation will not have any impact on my GC process?

You inputs are highly appreciated..
