I-140 RFE EB2 HELP PLZ!!

HI, 

I got a RFE for my I-140 on 3 points 

1. Company Tax Documents 
They need tax docs from almost 2000 and my employer can provide for last 5/6 years. 

2. Ability to pay? 
in perm they filed as $90k but my current salary is $75k! (will this create any issue to get approved) 

3. Multiple fillings 
my employer got 35 employees and they filed I-140 for almost 5 employees at same time. (they don't have big profits) 

what chances do i have getting it approved or else do i need to withdraw my i-140! 

any help is appreciated
