PERM filing ***URGENT***

I am currently on H1B and my visa expires on 03 aug 2017 and I will not get extension post 03aug2017 as my previous I-140 got revoked. My current company filed prevailing wages on 27mar2016 as they were aware that they should file for PERM before one year of current visa expiration (03 aug 2017).

 

Here are my questions.

 

1. I believe that PWD approvals are taking time and atleast 2 months,so is time sufficient to complete rest of the PERM process and file PERM before 03aug2016?

 

2. what is the usual process for Advertisement step in GC, is it always 3-4 months?

 

My attorney was saying that the time will be sufficient and should be able to file PERM before 03aug2016.

 

Any thoughts or ideas.
