3 years B.Sc (Physics) + AMIE (Mechanical)

I have my I-140 approved under EB2 from previous employer (2006), and would like to know the success rate for filing I-140 under EB2 with my current employer.

 

I have 3 years B.Sc in Physics, and Section A+B from IEI.

 

I do not have the copy of the I140 application that was filed in 2006, nor do I know the education evaluation made during that time, if it was done based on combined BSc+AMIE or a single source education.

 

I am also evaluating the option of doing Master's from an accredited University in USA. 

 

What should be the best option for me ? * My current job responsibilities falls under EB2 criteria and I have over 17 years of experience in software/IT for large Telecom manufacturers.

 

Should I ask attorney to evaluate my 3 years B.Sc University Degree as equivalent to 4 years US BS degree or use AMIE or a combination of both.

 

Any suggestion will help a lot as my EB2 PD is current and I am over 6 years on H1B.
