RFE on I485

Hi all,

Is it ok to submit a copy of Employment Verification Letter to USCIS instead of the original letter? The employer emailed us a scanned copy rather than the original, as the main office is in other state. To begin with, they had lot of issues to give a present dated letter.

It is OK to send a copy.

You can always OK to ask for a hard copy unless you are under a hard deadline. There is no hardfast rule that it has to be. But i would rather send a hard copy
