EB1 GC possibility in my case

Hi Experts,

 

I am trying to check whether I am eligible for EB1 GC in any ways? I would really appreciate your valuable feedbacks. Please find my details here.

 

I have close to 10 years of Industry experience and MS from a reputed (tier 1) college from India in Software Engineering. I have been played various role and playing Solution Architect role right now. I have been offered a Practice Director role in Silicon Valley firm. In this role I am responsible for all projects and it's delivery in NAM tied to my Business Unit along with Business Development, Sales and Solution Architecture. I am also very active in Internationally accredited open forum. I have published paper in IEEE. Does this help me in anyways OR do you think it's worth exploring EB1 option? Please let me know, if you think I am not eligible in anyways for EB1.

One published paper is nothing.

And what is "internationally accredited open forum"??? There is no such thing.

Nobody in the world accredits a forum. Accreditation is about universities.

You seem to be grasping at straws.
