h1b extension....urgent help....!!

My project contract ending on may, 20th, 2016

My current h1-b and i94 also ending on may, 20th, 2016

My current vendor is 'X'

My future project contract will be extended with new vendor 'Y'.

 

Same end client for both vendors....

When should i file for h1b ....and with which vendor?

 

 

Question#1: when should i apply for H1b extension ? today is 04/01/2016...hardly in 1 1/2 month my current h1b expiring....

Question#2: which vendor through should i file h1b extension ?

Question#3: premium processing or normal ??

by vendor do you mean employer? if not -> your employer files H1b, not vendor.

 

if by vendor you mean employer, then it will be a h1b transfer, which can be filed 1-2 weeks in advance.

 

preferable mode is premium, in both cases.
