H-1B Stamping in Germany

Hi Guys, 

 

I am an indian citizen working in the USA for the last 8 years.I filed my GC on EB3 and I have an approved I 140. I have to make a business trip to germany for the client visit for 2 weeks.

 

My H1b stamping expired on my passport and if I travel outside the country i need to go for visa stamping. 

 

So, here is my question. Can i go for H-1b stamping in any of the German Cities like Frankfurt or Munich ?? Did any one get their stamping done recently ?? Please help me with your comments.
