Prevailing wages filed 03/27 and close to deadline for filing PERM - Urgent

Hi team,

 

I am currently on H1B and my visa expires on 03 aug 2017. I don't get extension post 03aug2017 as my I-140 got revoked by previous company.

 

My current company filed prevailing wages on 27mar2016 as they were aware that they should file for PERM before one year of current visa expiration (03 aug 2017) which is 03 aug 2016.

 

Since I have hardly 4 months left to the deadline to file PERM (before 03aug2016) and still have to wait for prevailing wages approval as they filed it this week (27mar2016).

 

Here are my questions.

 

1. I believe that PWD approvals are taking time and atleast 2 months, so I may expect the PWD approval somewhere around June 2016 so is the time sufficient to complete the advertisement process and file PERM application before 03aug2016?

 

2. what is the usual process for Advertisement step in GC, is it always 3-4 months?

 

My attorney was saying that the time will be sufficient and should be able to file PERM before 03aug2016. I am not very positive on that as i have only 4 months of time.

 

Can any one help answer the questions or suggest any alternatives.
