cutesurthi146 Posted March 30, 2016 Report Share Posted March 30, 2016 Hi My H1B extension was filed on June 12, 2015 and got an RFE on Jan 27, 2016. My employer has responded to RFE on March 29, 2016 with an active SOW that covers the period from February 2016 to June 2016. In addition to this SOW, employer has also submitted a manager letter and two of the previous SOWs. What is the chance of getting approval with the SOW that is valid only for 3 more months. Any one faced a situation like this before? Will it be approved ? Link to comment
