srik6894
Hi Friends, This is regarding the Prudential revocation. My friend got a OWI(DUI) and during the arrest time they didn't take the finger prints(it's not a criminal case the state he live). His plans for international travel for work related are in dilemma now because of recent post from Murthy's site for automatic revocation. Does he get any kind of issues at the port of entry while coming back to US? does any one faced this kind of issue recently? http://www.murthy.com/2016/02/16/drunk-driving-arrests-result-in-visa-revocations/ Appreciated your opinions!! Thank you! Link to comment
century
If he is not fingerprinted he should be ok. The case will not pop in port of entry or consulate. But for visa interview has to mention about the arrest record Link to comment
