John.chambers Posted March 24, 2016 Report Share Posted March 24, 2016 Hi, Employer A filed for GC in 2007, Labour sub, 140 applied and approved, during this process all i got was 140 Receipt, and when i check it online its still shows as approved. Now am with Employer B, who is ready to apply my GC, but i do not know my PD, and don't have I-140 approval notice to port the dates for my new GC. How do i get my PD date ? and I-140 Approval information ? Thanks and Regard's Link to comment
