H1 stamping denied/221g and entering on AP

Hi, I have AP/EAD and planning to travel to INDIA soon.

 

I am planning to attend Visa stamping in INDIA and come back on h1b.

 

but if i denied visa or if i get the 221g then is it possible for me to enter on my AP which is valid until 2017 ? 

 

experts and people who'd previous experience please share your experience/advice  .
