Indian PCC required for H-1B with B Misdemeanor conviction?

Hi all

 

I have a visa stamping appointment coming up and I have a B misdemeanor conviction with conditional discharge in New York. I am carrying the following:

 

-court disposition

-FBI background check report

-criminal lawyer letter stating petty offence

-immmigration lawyer letter stating no CIMT, inadmissibility etc

-arrest record etc

 

After returning from NY I have been in India for 7 months and now appearing for interview. Do I need indian PCC for past 7 months in India?

Hi man u can get police certificate and can keep it for visa interview but i think its not necessary just in case to have it
