H1B stamping, different client but same MSA

Hi All,

 

I am planning to travel to India in Mid-April. I have to go for Visa Stamping.

 

When my H1B was renewed in 2015, till 2018, my question is while renewing H1B I am working on Client A, but I changed to new client B, but both the clients are located in same MSA.(in same city).

 

Do I need Amendment?

 

Have any one been in the situation before, please comment.

Yes, for visa stamping you need amendment. The work location should match your i129 and LCA to go for visa stamping
