H1B dropbox processing while present in US?

I probably know the answer is NO but will still ask because I don't want to assume things.

 

I am in US (Citizen of India) and due for H1B restamping. I qualify for Dropbox processing. 

Can I apply for dropbox processing while physically present in USA. 

From what I have read I need to be in India to Physically dropoff the paperwork.

 

Please suggest.

Be in India when you use the drop box.
