f1problem Posted March 15, 2016 Report Share Posted March 15, 2016 1. I am currently working with company A. I got PERM approval with X amount salary. Can company filed I-140 with reduced salary? 2. I am on my 6th year of H1B (10 month left). My H1B is expiring on Jan 2017. If I switch job and my new company will file my labor and I will get my PERM approval on Feb/March 2017. For how long I will need to be out of country. Link to comment
