My company has filled my H1-b extension in October 2015 but we have not received the approval yet as it takes around 8 months now a days for H1-b extension. My company has also started the perm labor filling as a part of my green card application. Do they need approved I-797 from H1-b extension for perm labor filling? Link to comment
