Do we need H1B amendment if returning back to the same client..?

Hi,

I have a question regarding my H1B amendment. I have worked with a client A from Jan-2014 to July-2015 and my H1B was approved with that client . Then I moved to client B in Texas and filed an amendment and it is still in review. I moved back to Client A two weeks back. Now do I need to file a new amendment with client A when my amendment with client B is still in progress. Or is there a way that I can just withdraw the amendment filed with client B since it is not approved yet. If so can you please let me know the process to do that.

Note: The office address of Client A has been changed from last amendment and there is a distance of 11 miles from old one to new one.
