Need help with 9089 or Perm for EB2

Hi experts, I need some help with my Form 9089 for my perm filing.

 

My first i-140 was rejected and reason was given that perm do not qualify for EB2 category. I am applying for new perm and it looks like this:

 

My background: I have 4 years of bachelors degree in computer science and I have 9 years of experience

 

From Section H:

 

4. Education: minimum level required : Masters
4-B. Major Field of study : Computer science, Computer Engineering or related
5. Is training required in the job oppertunity: No
6. Is experience in the job offered required for the job: Yes

6-A If Yes, number of months experience requires:24
7. Is there an altenate field of study that is acceptable: YES
7-A If Yes, specify the major field of study: Electronic engineer, electrical engineer, Engineering or related field
8. Is there an alternate combination of education and experience that is acceptable? Yes
8-A. If yes, specify the altenate level of education required: Bachelors
8-C. If applicable, indicate the number of years experience acceptable in question 8: 5 years
9. Is a foriegn educational equivalent acceptable: Yes
10. Is experience in an alternate occupation acceptable: Yes
10-A If yes, number of months experience in alternate occupation required: 24
10-B Identify the job title of the acceptable alternate occupation: Project lead, software engineer, programmer or related work
12 Are the job oppertunity's requirements normal for the occupation: No

 

can someone please help if this perm is good for EB2?

 

I think Line 6 and Line 7 should be NO and Line 10 A should be 60 month but not sure.

Thanks for the reply guys.

@Rahul - no company is paying for perm.

@rahul and @joeF - yes our guys are correct, I should not be involved in this and it is attorneys job but my first I-140 got rejected so I am going safe here and making every possible attempt to make sure right perm is filed.

Like I said before, no one can help you except your attorney. Only he knows your GC job duties.
