siddhu3116 Posted March 4, 2016 Report Share Posted March 4, 2016 Hi, I have an approved I-140 with employer A and I am planning to transfer to employer B but thinking not to do my PERM with employer B as i know my end client (employer C) will offer me a FT in next 12 months and want to do GC PERM with them, now my question is Can i retain my PD and use it with employer C even if employer A has withdrawn my approved I-140 after i transferred to employer B?
