nrk7955 Posted February 29, 2016 Report Share Posted February 29, 2016 I have an approved I-140 with a 2010 priority date with Employer A. I quit that employer and joined Employer B in 2015. They filed a new labor certification and I-140, but the new I-140 approval has the priority date of 2015 from the new labor application. The old I-140 is still active. Can I still use the old priority date for the next step?? I don't understand why the new I-140 does not reflect my old priority date?? Link to comment
