kumar4ever
I have joined on a project in June 2015 and my employer filed H1 amendment immediately under regular processing. However, that project ended in Dec 2015 and the amendment was still under processing. In Jan 2016, I moved to a new project with the same employer. Again my employer filed a H1 amendment for the new project. On, Feb 24, 2016, the previous amendment which was filed in June 2015 got a "RFE" Request for Evidence. While we are still to receive more specifics on the RFE, I wanted to know what would be the best action to take now. 1) Notify the USCIS to revoke the previous amendment since I am no longer on that project and let them know that a new amendment was filed again for a new project. 2) Just ignore the RFE, and take no further action since they will automatically cancel the application if no response is received to the RFE within the mentioned date on the RFE.
