Travel to Mexico on a cruise

I am currently on H1B status and my wife is on F1 status. Both of us have valid visa stamping. My wife will be graduating in this April and she applied for OPT last week. She did not receive the receipt number yet. Does we have any problem coming back to the US? (We will be traveling on a cruise to/from Mexico).

 

Also, since we have a valid US visa, we don't require Mexico Visa right?

 

She is carrying the following documents

1. Travel I-20

2. Passport

 

I am carrying following documents

1. Passport

2. copy of 797

3. Last 6 months pay stub

4. Tax returns

5. Employment letter.
