gopal56
Hi All, I have a B1 visa from employer X some time ago ( 8 years ago) and also visited USA once for training 8 years ago. Now I have a need to visit US for training again from employer Y and training is conducted by employer Z for 4 weeks. Will there be any problem during travel especially at the Port of Entry? Nowadays it become very strict everywhere. Can i know what are things to take care ? Thanks, Venu Link to comment

pontevecchio
If your visit is for the purposes allowed by the B1 visa, you WILL have no trouble. Link to comment
gopal56
Thanks pontevechhio for the info. yes it is valid purpose in attending training from employer Z. However will they ask any specific documents, details about my current employment with employer Y? what documents etc need to carry during my travel? Link to comment
pontevecchio
You should carry documentation showing that you work for Y and documentation regarding the purpose of the visit. Link to comment
