niko Posted September 17, 2011 Report Share Posted September 17, 2011 If we receive RFE and send the evidence along with a self labelled return envelope (FedEx overnight delivery or USPS next business day delivery), will USCIS accept it and send the reply back (in my case EAD card) in that FedEx or USPS self addressed envelope? I want to include a letter along with the evidence sent requesting them to send the EAD card in my self addressed envelope. Please post if anyone has done this and if USCIS would permit us to do this because sometimes they can take a whole month from date of mailing to when we may receive it! I want to avoid that delay.
