Minimum number of months for H1B transfer

Does one have to work for a minimum number of months for employer A before changing to employer B? 

 

Are there any restrictions with this regard?

There is no required amount of time in the law for one to work at one company before moving to the next employer. Practically speaking, USCIS seeks evidence of the employment which is usually pay statements, so moving without one in hand will require submitting some other type of evidence to show a person worked there.
