POE Issue? Stayed in India for 7 months due to accident on H1B

Immigration Gurus, Can you please help me in the below POE issue. 

 

 

I came to India on May 28, 2015 and had 3 year visa stamping done on my passport till the expiration of current H1B validity until August, 2018 (I-140 approved and in 7th year H1). Unfortunately, I met with a severe motorcycle accident on August 2, 2015 and had treatment for complex hand fracture for many months followed by painful physiotherapy. If I were not wearing the helmet, I wouldn't be writing this message today. 

 

My payroll was stopped on July 10, 2015 and started back on December 1st, 2015 (Employer told no need to run Payroll when I'm out of country). I'm planning to come back on February 10, 2016 to US. My concern is that whether I'm going to have a tough time at the POE for my extended stay outside close to 7 months, and how can I overcome this issue? Planning to carry the letter from Doctor with his contact details. 

 

Has any one stayed for such a long duration and came back with out issue at POE among your friends?

US Govt doesn't care if you stay outside the US for longer time. Reason is simple, you're are not US citizen.
