India travel with new client in same location with valid visa stamping

Friends,

I have a situation here.

I have a valid H1 visa stamped from canada with client A.

I moved to client B in the same location. (LCA not applied yet).

I have India travel plan in emergency. Wanted to check if this causes any problem in POE.

When the Employer Does NOT Need to File an Amended Petition

• Move within MSA: A new LCA is not required when the H-1B employee is moving to a new job location within the same MSA or area of intended employment. No amendment petition is required either. However, the original LCA must be posted in the new work location within the same MSA or area of intended employment.
  

you are good as per the above statement, however you need to carry client letter of Client B.
