kyrung Posted February 1, 2016 Report Share Posted February 1, 2016 Hello, My H1B visa expired in Dec 2015 and I applied for extension in July 2015. Till now I didnt receive approval from USCIS and I have travel emergency. Can I convert my application to premium processing and travel immediately before receiving approval. I was thinking I will do stamping in India when my husband brings/mail the H1B I-797 approval later. Do you think is it a right idea? Thanks in advance for your replies. Link to comment
