I 140 portability in the absence of a filed I 485

Hi All,

I have an approved I 140 (PD Jan 2011). I 485 has not been filed yet. Is it possible for me to port the PD? Also what are the chances of me losing the PD if the employer decides to revoke the I 140 petition. Your kind inputs are appreciated

you can port PD with an approved I-140 regardless if you already filed I-485 or not.

Thanks buddy for your prompt reply. Do you have any idea if the I 140 petition is withdrawn by the employer, whether I can still port the PD?
