porting I140 PD to new employer

Hi All,

 

I have approved I140 with Emp A with title software developer. If I want to move to company B and port my PD do the title need to be same as Software developer ?? The offer I have from Company B is for system Analyst? Can I port my PD with different job title ? Please advise

Generally, priority date retention is not affected by job title or geographic location.

Yes you can, PD is not related to Job role and duties.. you can port the PD from one stream to another stream too..

If the old I-140 is not revoked, and the new I140 is, is the old I140 still valid and can be used for Visa extension.
