karthick_Murthy Posted January 23, 2016 Report Share Posted January 23, 2016 We filled I539 petition to extend H4 status for my wife and daughter, spouse is the applicant and my daughter is another beneficiary in the same form . And it's approved and got the approval notice I797A which is for my daughter and having her new I94 in it. we did not receive I797 for my wife. It's been 3 weeks since the petition got approved. I contacted USCIS customer service but they telling like I will get only one approval. What I can do now? Link to comment

Priya54321 Posted February 25, 2016 Report Share Posted February 25, 2016 Same situation here, Was your issue resolved? I got my daughter's notice and but still waiting for my Approval notice. Last time we got 2 separate notice, so I assume we must have 2 notice this time too. Have created a case Inquiry and have to wait for 30 days for them to respond.
