COS FROM H4 TO F1

Hello friends,

 

I came US on H4 visa in January 2015 and joined school and applied for COS from H4 to F1 on March 20th 2015. My application was sent to Vermont center and current processing date showing on USCIS website is December 29th 2014.

             So my question is that how can I expedite my COS process because its almost 9 months and haven't heard from them yet. My other friends who applied for COS got their status within 3-6 months. Is there anyone else in same boat? I tried calling them couple of times and visited local office as well but same response evertyime.

PLEASE HELP!!
